Febuary - July 2023 Newcastle Academy
During my apprenticeship at Newcastle Academy, I gained hands-on, real-world experience in IT support. I learned the fundamentals of asset management, device setup and rollouts, as well as providing day-to-day technical support for staff and students. This gave me a strong understanding of user support and helped me develop good habits in a professional technical environment.
